The Pace Project - privacy in the social semantic web

I opened the diki java webstart link, it did open in JRE6. Immediately the following error occured, a popup titled "Application Error" saying:

When clicking on "Details" it shows me this:

The system details are:
Ubuntu 8.10, all multimedia and JRE6 installed
Firefox with NoScript plugin, (this plugin i did turn off to see if it would help, it did not)
on a 32 bit computer (Aspire One netbook)
