The idea behind pace-project won a prize!
I'm happy to announce that the idea behind pace-project just won a prize in an ideas competition founded by the German government.
I just come from the awards show of the Theseus Talente Ideenwettebewerb. The hole project is founded by the German department for education and research. We submitted the idea of our distributed knowledge infrastructure and won the 11st prize. Not amazing but a good start!
The whole show was mainly for the press and reputation of the Theseus Programm and I have to say that it lacked of concrete results. The students (or whatever the perople's status is) discussed with each other their ideas but I missed some real feedback from the project partners. I mean the real feedback when the press doesn't listen...
Furthermore, I hope the project ideas will be published on the project's homepage.
